Meghan completed her bachelors degree in Kinesiology at Brock University in 2024. Throughout her studies, she developed a strong foundation in human movement, exercise science and strength training principles.

As a former competitive softball player and multi-sport athlete, Meg has always had an early passion for physical activity. Her athletic background sparked an interest in strength training and injury prevention and since then she has strived to continue expanding her knowledge of effective training techniques.

Outside of work, Meg enjoys country concerts, being outdoors with friends/family and reading books!

Amberly attended McMaster University for her undergraduate degree in Health Studies, and completed her Masters of Physical Therapy at Queen’s University in 2015. As a former competitive dancer and athlete, Amberly developed a passion for human movement and physical fitness. She continually strives to provide evidence-based treatments that target individual patient needs and goals. Amberly believes continual education is an essential component of physical therapy practice. She has developed a special interest in orthopaedic and pelvic health physiotherapy, and is enthusiastic about learning new skills in these areas. Amberly is an active participant in the Physiotherapy profession and frequently mentors Physiotherapy students, new graduates, and other rehabilitation professionals. Amberly grew up in a small town and remains a country girl at heart. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family, and relaxing on the beach or by a bonfire.

Kelly Martindale has been a physiotherapist since 2005. She has a wide range of experience in hospitals, clinics and in home physiotherapy.
